If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Items must be free of stains, perfumes, or any signs of wear
Final sale items, gift cards, and certain accessories (e.g., earrings for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges within the 30-day window.
Please contact our team to request an exchange before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns

We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at service@chicdrobe.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
